We are glad when employees and employees of companies want to get involved in our projects. We welcome them with open hearts and we are pleased to show them a piece of our world.
Volunteers and volunteers join our daily activities. These are people who support us with their time, energy and heart. Volunteering at the Foundation is an opportunity to look behind the scenes of our activities, see what helping children in our facilities looks like and better understand the challenges we face every day in our mission.
It is also a space full of good emotions, emotions and joy – because helping not only changes the world, but also gives great satisfaction and strength to act.

Examples of forms of employee volunteering
- competency volunteering,
- support during conferences (nationwide or local) organized by FDDS,
- help in office work,
- involvement in fundraising activities, e.g. fundraising for the FDDS,
- Assistance in cleaning or minor repairs
- support during charity runs,
- Support for communication activities.
The welfare of our pupils – including their sense of security – is our overriding value, which is why none of the volunteer projects provides for contact with children.
