- Taking into account the necessary competences for a given position vs your experience and skills, we will decide on a recruitment meeting with you.

Our main form of employment is an employment contract. We also cooperate on the basis of a mandate and B2B contract.
Of course, adequate to the position and competence. We have a payroll at the Foundation, where you can check the forks at your level.
In the case of an employment contract, at the beginning, we will offer you a three-month trial period, and then we will sign two fixed-term contracts – for 12, and then 21 months. Then we sign with the employee or employee & nbsp; a contract for an indefinite period (of course if both parties are interested in it).
Administrative and design teams work hybridly (at least one day in the office), while clinical and first contact teams work stationary due to the specificity of their work.
We use polite forms during the recruitment interview, while at work we all call each other by name.
