Childhood should not be associated with screaming, fear or pain. Meanwhile, most children in Poland experience violence. Not only behind closed doors of the house – also at school, in peer relations and in public space.
Violence is called upbringing and children must endure it in silence. We still function in a culture that takes away the voice and subjectivity of children.
We believe that it can and must be changed. & nbsp; Every child has the right to a childhood free from violence – without hitting, screaming, embarrassing, punishments and threats.
Change starts with us. from daily choices. From mindfulness, presence, patience. From respect and love. & nbsp; From whether and how we react when we suspect or know that the child is being hurt and needs support.
