We appeal to the Minister of Health to decide the competition  
for conducting telephone and online support for children and adolescents in a mental crisis! 

The competition procedure of the Ministry of Health lasted 5 months for telephone and online support for children and adolescents in a mental crisis. After many months of waiting, the Ministry of Health announced that it had not selected a winner and that the competition was canceled. We are outraged by this unexpected decision, the more that the reason has not been given. According to the information provided by the Ministry of Health, the competition was received by at least one offer, & nbsp; very positively assessed by the Competition Committee.  

The decision to cancel the competition is all the more incomprehensible as it falls on the time when specialists receive alarming information about the mental condition of children and adolescents, when nearly 1,000 children try to take their own lives every year, of which 107 Unfortunately, this was done effectively when the pandemic seems to intensify these problems.

Why again, the government does not support an organization that has been running a well-known children 116111 for nearly 13 years – the helpline for children and youth? During this time, our psychologists conducted over 1.4 million conversations with children, took over 3,000 interventions saving their health and life. 

Why did our Foundation prove to be so inconvenient again? awarding us almost the maximum number of points (22.5 / 24), the ministry decides to cancel the competition so as not to choose us, thus depriving the children of additional support? At the same time, it decides the part of the competition regarding support for adults. Are children less important?

Mr. Minister, we demand the withdrawal of this harmful decision for children and immediately selecting the winning bidder to provide telephone and online assistance to children and adolescents in a mental crisis!

The welfare of these children is the most important!
